Location was just off the highway. Very clean. My IHG points were applied. Room very clean and comfortable. We took note of how attentive the lovely lady who worked providing breakfast was. She maintained the food supply and also kept the tables clean! We have been in hotels that have breakfast areas and not all attendants do this. She was also pleasant. We were there 07/25-07/26.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, every single one of them. The check in and check out was fast and easy. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Free Parking, Free WiFi and Included Breakfast all add great Value to the stay! I have stayed at this Hotel multiple times this summer and it will continue to be my Hotel of choice going forward.

Great location to catch the ferry to Vermont in the morning. The staff was polite and helpful on check in and check out. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice and the little area up by the front desk to purchase snacks and two local beers after a long drive from Niagara Falls made our night!

The Staff was very welcoming, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were very appealing and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic (we were a Family of NINE, 3 generations and we all completely enjoyed the breakfast). The location was perfect for our needs, right off the NY Thruway. Thank you all, and God Bless!

The ladys at the reception desk were very nice and gave us very helpful infomation. The continental breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice, and the area was tidy and kept clean all the time. The guy working at the breakfast station was very very nice.
